Agreement to 33wm Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33wm ("33wm", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33wm website at https://33wm.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of 33wm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 33wm platform and should not create an account.

Eligibility

Who Is Permitted to Register and Play on 33wm

To register and maintain an account on 33wm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account is open.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information. Registering under a false identity or using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform at the time of registration.
• You may hold only one active 33wm account. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Opening, Verifying and Maintaining Your 33wm Account

Account registration on 33wm requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number that has not previously been registered on the platform. Each mobile number may be associated with only one account. The registration process includes SMS-based mobile number verification; your account will not be fully active until this step is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33wm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

• You must provide a valid, currently active Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number will be used for account verification, withdrawal authentication, and communication from 33wm.
• You must set a strong, unique password for your account. Passwords that are easy to guess or that duplicate credentials used on other services are used at your own risk.
• Your account details, including your registered mobile number, must remain accurate and current. Notify 33wm promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].
• 33wm accounts are for personal use only. You must not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as part of any syndicated or coordinated wagering arrangement.
• 33wm may at any time require identity documentation (including a national ID, passport, or utility bill confirming your Bangladesh address) as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on your account.

Payments

All financial transactions on 33wm are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved mobile wallet payment methods. 33wm does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances at any stage.

Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional Offers, Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

33wm offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that specific promotion only.

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, at the time of their first deposit. Subsequent attempts to claim a welcome bonus using a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• 33wm reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where it suspects the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed by ineligible players.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game titles and for the duration stated in the promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• 33wm may offer reload bonuses, seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh, and loyalty rewards. These are subject to their own specific terms when offered and are not guaranteed to be repeated or made available to all players.

Fair Play

Game Integrity, RNG Certification and Fair Play Standards

All games available on 33wm are supplied by independent third-party game providers. Each provider holds current RNG (Random Number Generator) certification from an accredited independent testing laboratory. This means every game outcome — every spin, every card deal, every crash multiplier — is determined by a certified random process that cannot be influenced or predicted by 33wm, the game provider, or the player.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage of each game is set by the game provider and disclosed within the game's information panel. 33wm does not modify RTP settings. Players are encouraged to review the RTP of each game before playing.

• Players must not use any software, script, robot, or automated tool to interact with 33wm games or the platform in a way that is not part of the intended manual player experience.
• Players must not attempt to exploit any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in any game or in the platform. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a technical error are void and will be reversed from the player's account.
• In the event of a game malfunction during an active session, the outcome of the affected round will be void. Any stake placed on the voided round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Live dealer game decisions made by the dealer are final once the game round is closed. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised with 33wm support within 24 hours of the game session in which the disputed outcome occurred.
• Sports betting markets settled in error due to incorrect data from the data provider will be voided and re-settled once the correct result is confirmed. 33wm will use commercially reasonable efforts to settle markets promptly and accurately.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Constitute a Breach of These Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33wm platform. A breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a false identity, for the purpose of circumventing deposit limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal information to register or transact on 33wm.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or to conduct transactions at a speed or volume beyond normal manual interaction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multi-player games such as poker or live dealer games to the detriment of other participating players.
• Attempting to launder money, fund unlawful activities, or use the 33wm platform for any illegal financial purpose. 33wm complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of 33wm is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Account Actions

Account Suspension, Closure and Termination by 33wm

33wm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the account.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 10 above.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by 33wm.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification of the account holder as a person subject to a gambling self-exclusion order.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a player requests voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.

Any unauthorised use of game content is a breach of the applicable licence and may constitute an infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Liability

Limitation of 33wm's Liability to Players

33wm provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33wm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 33wm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33wm's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or out of the player's use of the platform, is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33wm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

33wm may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. 33wm may, but is not obligated to, notify players of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. It is each player's responsibility to check this page periodically to remain aware of the current Terms.

Continued use of the 33wm platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
